Unfortunately, the word “healthy” is often met with dread. People hear the term, “healthy food” and argue it’s a chore as opposed to a privilege to eat well. Others view exercise in a negative light. Luckily, you don’t have to suffer to achieve good health, which you definitely need to continuously do solid work at the office. A new infographic by Everest lists 10 unusual ways to be healthy, with sex at the top of the list. Getting it on increases a person’s immunoglobulin, which can prevent colds and the flu. Flossing is second on the list, and while it can be painful to shove thin pieces of wax between your teeth, your mouth sure feels great later. You can also drink wine, have some coffee, listen to music, sing, watch a comedy, and make friends to be healthier. Sounds like a party to me!
