Let’s be real: many of us aren’t exactly weeping about the conclusion of 2012, which has been nothing short of horrendous since Hurricane Sandy stormed the New York City area several months ago.
Though the tail end of the year was trying for all, 2012 had its fun moments, which are well-illustrated in the infographic below. Musical sensation Psy broke YouTube records with his catchy hit, “Gangnam Style,” E.L. James stormed the erotic literary scene with her sexy “Fifty Shades” books, President Barack Obama scored four more years in office, and, for better or worse, the four-year “Twilight” film franchise came to an end, among many other things.
