5 Office Tools That Will Make Your Life Easier

I don’t know about you, but school was hell on earth for me until I turned fifteen. The only redeeming part of it, I told myself, was getting to shop for fun supplies at Staples and K-Mart. Work is ten times more fun for me than school ever was, but I still need certain tools to improve my professional life. I love my external mouse, which feels considerably less gross than the mouse attached to my laptop, but there are plenty of other items that I and many others would benefit from purchasing for work. Here are several products that can make you a happier, healthier, and more efficient employee.

1.Quad Backpack

If it wasn't so big, I'd buy one of these for work. It has "[e]rgonomically shaped shoulder straps with carabiner loops, chest and waist harness and a padded lumbar panel" and pockets for books and a computer. If you're lugging around heavy stuff to the office every day, you may as well get one of these to keep your back aligned and body free of too much strain.

2.Standing work stations

Tired of slouching? A stand-up desk could help you maintain good posture.

3.External mouse

It's always nice to have a mouse to hold onto! I sure love my external mouse.

4.Cushioned mouse pad

Too much computer time could hurt your hand, and a cushioned mouse pad could prevent soreness.

5.Bouncing ball

Bouncy balls don't always deter slumping or bad sitting habits, but they do burn calories, so if you don't have time to work out after a long day at the office, you could at least try to break a sweat on one of these...as long as you keep your posture in check.
