Translation: “No women are fat. ” Right? At least three of them listed were quite heavy. You claim after Gaga gained weight……she didn’t gain weight? This is the weird sort of Orwellian newspeak of Cultural Marxism.

Six healthy successful women. It says a lot about our culture that the very thin ones are labeled as having “curves” while the curvy ones are called “fat.”

She did gain weight but that doesn’t make her fat!

I have to say I don’t automatically assume that any reference to “curves” equals calling someone fat. While the Megan Fox example may be doing this since the writer used the word ‘new’ before curves I would never have taken the Swift comment as calling her fat at all.

Wow that’s a lot of buzz words to not say much of anything. And I was an English major twice over. And, actually no, none of these women are “quite heavy.” Even if you are incapable of deciphering the Orwellian news speak (fucking eye roll, take an actual linguistics class) you can still use your eyeballs.

In those pictures, Taylor Swift and Megan Fox have curves. I have no idea what your problem is with these two girls and the way they were described.

You know what makes me mad about this crap? The fact that straight men are blamed for “making” women get stupid skinny.
I am tired of being told that “I” am to blame for this so I want to toss a few things out.
First off, not all men like the same body type. Sure there are men who like the ultra-skinny look but there are just as many men who want girls of all different sizes. If someone said that all women wanted the same body on their men it would not go over well.
Here is something strange to do. Go into a porn shop. Look at the magazines. You will find rags that showcase women of all sizes and types. Sure you see some with very thin girls and titles like “Barely 18″ but these are aimed at pedophiles, not the average man.

Here comes the stuff that really pisses me off. Whatever the current definition of beauty is comes not from men but from the fashion industry. It’s the fashion designers that want the 10 year old boy body wearing their clothes. What makes this so maddening is that most designers are gay. No, this is not gay bashing, I just find it funny that women listen to men who don’t see women in a romantic light.
The absolute villains in this mess are the glamor magazines. Every month they paste rail thin girls on their covers and print ridiculous (and usually untrue) articles telling girls what men really want. They openly disdain anyone over size 1 and tell girls they have to be thin for men to like them.

The worst part of these rags and how they treat women is that they are all run by women themselves.
So instead of blaming men for making girls act stupid in the name of beauty, blame the real culprits, the fashionistas and devils wearing Prada.
