Today: looking back at an interesting interview with Andrea Jung.
The media’s focused quite a bit this week on Andrea Jung, the chairman and former CEO of Avon. As the company — with Jung’s controversial help — seeks out a new CEO, it makes sense to look back on Jung’s 12-year tenure as CEO.
It’s not exactly decades old, but we thought we’d look back today at Jung’s 2008 interview with Charlie Rose, in which she talks very candidly about the successes and failures she’d faced up to that point. It was, to put it mildly, a happier time.
