Anna Karenina Trailer Reminds Me How Much I’ve Missed Keira Knightley

It has been way too long since actress Keira Knightley has really been at the center of things, so my night was made when I saw her in the new trailer for Anna Karenina, which hits theaters just before Thanksgiving. You may love summer, but you’ll have this movie to look forward to when the weather cools down and beach weather becomes a past time.
Based on Leo Tolstoy’s classic novel from the late 1800s of the same name, Anna Karenina follows the conflicting feelings of Keira Knightley’s character, a Russian woman in an unhappy marriage who has an affair with the wealthy Count Vronsky. The complex timeless story stretches across generations, and the film version could certainly have that affect too.
