Ashley Judd Lampoons Rick Santorum Abortion Stance In New “Funny Or Die” Parody [VIDEO]

Sure, Rick Santorum dropped out of the GOP race a full nine days ago (feels like a lifetime, right?) and sure, the Twitterverse already took its potshots on the former candidate. But a new “Funny Or Die” video responds to Santorum’s exit from the political arena in a whole new, brilliant way.

Starring Ashley Judd, Michelle Trachtenberg, Katy Mixon and Eliza Coupe, the Funny or Die bit addresses Santorum as though he were… well… “aborting” his campaign. Ah, yes. You can see where this is headed.

The piece is chock-full of zingers, including “If you weren’t mature enough to carry your candidacy to full-term, you shouldn’t have engaged in the risky behavior that began it” and “the next thing you knew, a good-looking, rich man took advantage of you — not your fault.”

And while the exiting-the-presidential-race-abortion comparison is a wee bit of a stretch, it’s done to brilliant effect. After all, as Coupe notes, “the law requires me to inform you that, as early as six weeks, a campaign can have living, breathing supporters.” And an invasive campaign sonogram wouldn’t bother you… right?

Nice to see Ashley’s sense of humor remains intact after the assault she suffered at the hands of the patriarchy.

This pig needs her face re-done again. Isn’t this the peta pig who wants to protect every bug on the ground but wants babies thrown in  blenders?

she very relax.but she a winner

“Odd” how such a strong support of abortion as Ms. Judd is, finds herself being unable to conceive a baby of her own that she so desperately hopes for.
    Poetic justice ?
KARMA is a harsh mistress, Ms. Judd. (I find that as “funny” as your pro abortion ads)
    Now, attack at will…..lol

How dare you mock (attack) Rick Santorum…you’ve stepped over the line. I think your career is going to take a big hit.  I, for one, will never watch you again.

  • Prolifewoman

Ms. Judd, try spending time at Planned Parenthood or any other abortion mill and watch an actual abortion if you dare.  Then see how funny it is - and you are.  People like you rant about the so-called “war on women,” but can’t see that there has been a war on children and parents for 38 years, with over 50 million children lost!

Who cares for the women who have been scarred for life after they have been talked into or coerced into killing their own child??  I can tell you exactly who. . .the same pro-life people who defend all life.  Funny how that works isn’t it!!

  • Rrmutal

Nice puffs around your eyes. Maybe the uk basketball team could provide you some more LOTION for your face!

  • Mikebarnes

Funny as I am from Lexington ky and she has been known to sleep with lots of people at the University of Kentucky. The whole basketball team!!! What a ho! And you want respect for women. You can’t even respect yourself! No child would ever be proud to call a hypocrite like you mother!!!!

  • Christine Hammond

Wow Ms Judd…just changed the channel! Have been checking out Missing. Can’t imagine how you think YOU have the right to mock people who are clearly more educated, more significant, and well more everything that you are. Nice career move. Idiot.

Is it just me or is it…

    Ironic…

This whole interest of Ashley Judd being so upset about abortion information.

Why would it bother her that women be given the facts before doing something you cannot un-do…an abortion.

Both sides of any topic should be examined by all peolple, male and female.

Politics, religion, anything…then make your decision on the topic(s) at hand.

If any taxpayer money goes to anything controversial, we as taxpayers have a say on where it is spent. So if you can make the way to do this without our money…figure that out.

Not being mean, but really think about this next thought.

She is well educated and informed…however…here is the Irony…

I would think that before she stuck needles or whatever into her face she got information pros and cons and then proceded…she did not just hear how great it was…she heard the real risks….damn the risk…

Unfortunatley she erred and cannot un-do the damage she did to her face.

    Cannot un-do it!

Not trying to be mean, really, but she looks like a middle aged un-happy fatso now.

She must not have got the truth phamplet?

She took the risk and a bad outcome, no matter how she tries to tell us otherwise, we are not buying the lame spin on what she says happened.

    Ironic.

She does not think that regarding life…real flesh and bone life…there should be phamplets and warnings waiting periods and truth telling beforehand.

I sure think she regrets her decison and the whole world knows it…I bet it really bugs her that we all don’t believe her.

It seems mental on the issue regarding abortion to not want women to have real facts? Really.

Because she seems intelligent and likes information?

A baby and the mental welfare of the woman choosing the abortion are way more serious.

Any brief delay is a good thing when it comes to ending a life and damaging your own mental state and regret to surely come later.

One wonders if some women who are so staunch and angry about slowing down the process of abortion harbor some guilt in their own lives on the issue? Does it make them feel better to stand up for the decison that maybe they made?

I will not pay to watch her anymore and I really like her movies or TV show that she is currently promoting. In good conscience I do not want to add to her wealth and give her a stronger platform to holler her views that I disagree wtih that can forever change our country and moral values if she had her way.

In my view Ashley Judd is a “Dixie Chick” as far as her future career goes.

If I have to explain that reference, then you and I are probably not standing on the same ground and do not have the same line of vision.

Smh. I’m pro-choice. I have never had an abortion. I’ve never been pregnant. I have a tubal issue that keeps me from getting pregnant. No, I didn’t get it due to “karma” I was born with this issue. Some women can’t help that. You probably have never dealt with IF or you wouldn’t say something so assinine.
And relaxing doesn’t help. Adoption isn’t always the answer either. It’s not like going to the store and getting milk, eggs, and a baby.
So until youve heard a doctor say you may never have children, don’t you dare judge.
