Seasoned Sex Party Host Silvio Berlusconi: ‘Women Are By Nature Exhibitionists’

If you’ve ever done something incredibly irresponsible and justified your actions by pointing a finger at what you believe to be instinctive behavior patterns of the opposite sex, you’re thinking like sex party savant Silvio Berlusconi, the former Italy prime minister who came under fire last year for orchestrating “bunga bunga” gatherings and reportedly sleeping with underage nightclub dancer Karima El Mahroug.
During his first appearance at the trial that arose from his kinky parties, Berlusconi said that “girls … women are by nature exhibitionist [sic],” according to The Guardian. We hope he concluded his theory with a follow-up claim that men are voyeurs, but what are the chances that Berlusconi would hold himself accountable for his own doings?
Though Berlusconi’s conglomerations were said to include women in nun attire dancing on poles and stripteases by women in police gear, the embattled political figure charges that he hosted “only elegant dinners, and after dinner sometimes we went down to the theatre, my children’s former discotheque, where there was an atmosphere of good cheer and affection.”
If by “affection,” you mean “sexy time,” we’re sure there was plenty of that, and not in the nurturing sense.
Nevertheless, Berlusconi is financially supporting many of the females involved in this sordid situation because they’re going to have a rough time landing a solid guy to date now:
“[T]hey have had their lives ruined by this trial…Some of them have lost their boyfriends, and perhaps they’ll never again find another.”
I’ve never been caught up in a sex scandal, but I can imagine dating is the least of these ladies’ problems. Besides, if the men of Italy are anything like Berlusconi, the women are better off alone.
