The Top 25 Best Companies For Work-Life Balance [Infographic]

Work-life balance: It’s probably the only jargon-y, boring-sounding business term you actually care about — or should, at least. Because while everyone loves sending a strategically timed, 11:37 p.m. email to her boss once in a blue moon, worrying about work around the clock is just a terrible idea.

And, luckily, the folks at GlassDoor have ranked the top 25 U.S. best companies for work-life balance. These are the places that actually care if you dissolve into a sleep-deprived, glassy-eyed, brainless robot. And they probably have great healthcare coverage, too.

Work-life balance is a perfect example of a female-oriented concept that is tragically naive and ends up making life worse for honest people.  I know this from personal experience where folks make up BS excuses to go home early or not work at all (but they call it “teleworking” so they don’t even have to take vacation time).   This means others with a conscience end up getting screwed over.  It is a policy that actually rewards lying and screwing others over and punishes honesty and dedication.
