Desperate Times: Beverly Hills Open House Offering Free Botox

The luxury real estate market in California (and heck, everywhere) isn’t what it used to be. Some people have even had to auction off their $22 mansions! Some worried sellers are determined to sell in the old-fashioned open house way, but they’ll also offer you…free botox. Say what?

A Beverly Hills home that just hit the market for $8.5 million is raffling off some interesting perks, if you show up at the open house: $300 worth of botox, an Audi test drive and Thai massages. A gourmet food truck will also be on the property. Fancy!

But…really? From what we can see (have a look at the slideshow for yourself), this place is pretty nice, and it’s in Beverly Hills. We can’t imagine it would be that hard to find a buyer. Is all the botox really worth it? Or is it just a way of, perhaps, attracting a certain clientele?

Hey, it’s not as bad as the Trump casino that’s offering $25,000 worth of free plastic surgery. But it’s not far off.
