The Romeo and Juliet of our time? Today, two American dynasties — of fashion and politics — come together for the wedding of the summer. Lauren Bush, niece of George W. and granddaughter of George H.W., marries David Lauren, son of Ralph Lauren. And yes — she’ll henceforth be known as Lauren Lauren. The wedding’s being kept pretty secret, but here’s what we do know…

1.It's at Ralph Lauren's Colorado ranch.

The wedding will be held at Ralph Lauren's 17,000 acre ranch near Telluride, Colorado. A few months ago, Lauren took Oprah on a tour of the property and told her that as a kid, he dreamed of being Batman, a baseball player or a cowboy when he grew up.

2.Tomorrow, the guests are going to a rodeo.

On Monday, after the wedding, guests will go to a rodeo. The hosts apparently bought 100 tickets, for $8 each.

3.Preparations have kept local businesses busy.

Locals have been busy helping build up a baseball diamond and a chapel for the wedding.

4....But they have to keep it secret.

Local businesses who helped out were asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.

5....One local florist spoke up though.

She says Lauren favors Mexican sunflowers, and that she expected those would appear at the wedding.

6.Ralph Lauren is designing the dress.

The groom's father is designing the dress, with some help from Vera Wang.

7.The guest list will be star-studded.

Expect Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner to be there, among other bigwigs from the business, fashion and political worlds.

8.The bride's grandparents, however, aren't coming.

Lauren Bush's grandparents, President George H.W. Bush and First Lady Barbara Bush aren't making the trip, apparently due to health reasons.
