While we are incredibly happy that it is finally getting warm outside (keep on springing, Spring), it is getting increasingly harder to sit in our office all day, locked away from sunlight, warmth, and half-naked men riding skateboards in the street, like lady versions of Sloth from The Goonies. There are parks to awkwardly sunbathe in, stoops to stoop things on, and — hardest of all to forget — rooftop bars to be drinking umbrella drinks in!

A recent survey of working women around the world found that their professional priorities have changed drastically in the last few years.

We don’t have anything against Earth Day — in fact, we think it’s pretty great. But it’s also a reminder that while spring is bringing every more beautiful weather our weigh, we’re still no closer to being able to have class outside (…so to speak; we are adults). Also, this year it falls on a Monday. O, cruel world!

Okay, that’s a bit more scary and Big Brother-ish than we meant to sound. The massive popularity of Netflix, sure to get even greater after hits like House of Cards and the upcoming new episodes of Arrested Development, does have an effect on the buzz surrounding a show.
