Aside from crazyface Ted Nugent, few celebrities have come out in favor of presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Tinseltown types are more likely to veer left, but few have gone off on conservative politicians the way singer Cher did this morning, as the well-known star tweeted, “If ROMNEY gets elected I don’t know if i can breathe same air as Him & his Right Wing Racist Homophobic Women Hating Tea Bagger Masters.”

It’s safe to say they’ve all brought out the worst in each other, and Cher did not deserve to have the “c” word hurled in her direction, but one would expect her to be above silly Twittersphere fights, which are awful uses of any person’s time. Without sounding too much like a fifth grader, though, she started it!
