Your Worst Nightmare: A CNBC Reality Show
6:30 pm, February 9th | by Hillary Reinsberg
If Wall Street Wives ever makes it to the small screen, it might have some competition. There’s speculation that CNBC, of all places, might be stepping into the reality TV game. A reality show about bankers?
The speculation is, to be fair, very, well, speculative. The New York Times reports today that the network has hired a reality show producer from VH1 to join its ranks, leading to the belief that maybe, just maybe, the business-driven network might be getting to work on a financially-focused show of the reality genre.
Maybe they’ll do a Real World style thing where they put Suze Orman and Jim Cramer in a house together? We’d actually watch that.
Or maybe they’ll just keep telling us how to date Wall Street men.
