Anyone who has followed indycar racing over the past few years knows that Danica has already declared herself a bitch.  Blaming others for her mistakes is her way of covering up the fact that she is only a mediocre driver, AT BEST!

Wow…. he really did say that! There are some things you just don’t say on air, period. Sure she may be an actual bitch, but you can not say that (on air) in your capacity as an objective sports anchor.  He should be fired.

His actions on air should have drawn a suspension and a public on air apology when he returned from a suspension, BUT this not an affiliate this is a directly owned by NEWS CORP. station and we know that FOX has no standards of conduct that punish this kind of infraction.

He is very clear in how he feels about women and that is going to cost him in the future.

 Since she is doing her job as a sponsored driver (doing a commercial) you think she has to give up her right to free speech AND her opinion ? or is it that your ignorant because you said ‘denying’ instead of ‘refusing’?

Sorry, but she didn’t get on the team she is on nor does she end up with pole positions being mediocre. She has been caught up in several crashes that aren’t her fault but she was running out in the contender front of the pack when they have happened. No driver can keep from getting caught in some of those crashes. It is even worse when it is a teammate that hits her, but the one a couple days ago could have been so much worse and yet she came back and still qualified right up there.

people are entirely missing the point here.  I’ve followed Danica’s career long enough to know that she DOES like being thought of as pretty and DOES find that flattering.  In interviews, her point was that in our society we use the word sexy in a negative way and she wishes we could find another way to express the complimentary aspect without being negative.

Its not that she’s unaware of the GoDaddy image, she’s said plenty of times that the commercials are fun and edgy to do.  But she wants to be able to make these commercials AND get respect on the track when she’s not in a bikini.  And what pray tell is wrong with that?

Rather dishonest report here.  Patrick has a long history of being a crybaby, and she DOES have a chip on her shoulder.  Her entire career (the poor performance it’s been) has been made solely on her looks and her obsession with posing half naked in magazines or taking part in those ridiculous over the top sexualized go daddy commercials.  

You can’t demand to taken seriously as an athlete, when you downright suck at it and get half naked at every turn.  She can’t have it both ways.

Of course we’re going to take you less seriously when you’re claiming to be a top notch driver, yet never get anywhere close to winning a race, and then hop out to throw on a bikini.  

She’s on her team because her IMAGE brings in money for merchandising.  If she were ugly or a man, she would’ve been tossed long ago.  So, no, she’s not on her team for the reasons you mention.

It seems to me that there are a bunch of cars on the tracks at all the races at all the levels and yet only a few go down in the record books as the winner. So being in the top of the pack puts her right up there with a lot of men who drive and don’t win any beauty pageants or races. The fact that she has worked her way up through the different types of racing seems to say she earned her spot on the teams she has been on. And didn’t she sign on to her team before she  started with the Go-Daddy contract? Her one win(that’s 1 in seven years with 2 top rated multi-car teams) was a rain shortened race that more than likely would of had a different outcome if run to the conclusion. That record for running at the end of races in Indy car is kind of lame, if your running at the back of the pack all day what’s your point? If you follow Indy and Nascar as you seem to, you would have to admit that she is a big whinner.Constantly complaining on the radio about other drivers,the pit crew,the car shes in,etc. I have never heard this woman admit to a mistake on the track or in the pits, it’s always somebody elses fault for bad thinngs that happen to her. Nobody likes a whinner that doesn’t win. Win a little more often or whine a little less and people may cut her some slack. JR. hasn’t won in I don’t how many races in Nascar but you don’t hear him whinning on the radio about anything and he is voted the most popular driver year after year. Danica could learn a thing or two from JR about humility.

Danica IS a B*TCH!!! She shows almost everything she has on those godaddy commercials, but then has the NERVE to complain about the word sexy being used to describe her?? What a total moron!! And personally I think she sucks as a racecar driver. Always blaming others for HER mistakes on the track. Like last year when she acted like she was going to fight a male driver over some BS on the track.I’d have LOVED to see that girl get her ass handed to her.

When she first started driving I didn’t like her because I thought she was arrogant because she made excuses for not winning before she paid her dues in
racing. BUT now that she has paid her dues, I think she is a good driver and desevers credit for what she has done. In Indy racing you have to be able to get sponsors to get a ride in a good car, and that she is good at. It costs a lot of money to run in Indycar raceing. just ask Sarah Fisher I think she is a better driver, but has more problems getting good sponsers that will cough up the money for a top car.
