Guinness Heiress: “I’ll Eat When I’m Dead”

We can tell you one thing — Guinness beer heiress Daphne Guinness isn’t a fan of her family’s filling, dark brews. In fact, she’s not a fan of ingesting much at all. “I’ll eat when I’m dead,” she recently said.

During a recent photo shoot, Guinness apparently rejected a plate of pasta offered to her by her assistant, proclaiming, “I’ll eat when I’m dead.” So what does she eat? Ensure shakes and Red Bull (sugar free, we’re sure), according to The Daily Mail.

Gross.

The bizarre fashionista is known for being well…pretty bizarre. During a jewelry show she recently hosted, she dressed up in an all-white bodysuit and pretended she was a corpse. Get the idea?

As for the eating, Guinness explained, “If I eat, I can’t work.” We’re not sure if that has something to do with owning 2,500 garments she’s worried about not fitting into, or if the woman simply doesn’t food.

We’ll give her one thing: she’s good with those pithy one-liners. “Human beings all mimic each other,” she added. We just hope no one’s mimicking her eating habits.
