We’ve heard a lot about women in tech over the past year. Are they climbing the ranks, or being kept out? “My prediction is that 2012 women will find their voice in a big way. They will find other women that they relate to and connect with. Women will become more powerful,” said Deborah Jackson, CEO of the women’s business accelerator JumpThru.

The world needs the mind, perspective and strength of women. 2012 will be the time when those elements emerge as important and a force in our world,” Jackson continued.
