Delta Air Lines Study: Guys Are Totally Rude To Women On Planes, At Airports

Unless you can drop thousands of dollars on first class tickets (if so, I hate you), air travel isn’t the most fun thing in the world. Some worsen the already stressful, uncomfortable experience by acting like jerks. Men are good at this, according to a new Delta Air Lines study, which reveals that men become anything but chivalrous when traveling and behave like aggressive, inconsiderate cretins. They make the inane, unfounded assumption that their lady counterparts don’t have top-tier elite status or early boarding for first class, cut in front of women, shove women during stampedes, hog the armrests, and use up all the legroom. Worst of all, they believe women over-pack and bring too many unnecessary things on trips, as if we’re the ones in need of a travel intervention.

The Wall Street Journal published a report on the research findings, which make dudes sound, well, like total cads:

Women who travel a lot say one of the biggest frustrations is that men often assume women don’t have the top-tier elite status or first-class seat for early boarding. Several women interviewed, who were part of a recent super-frequent-flier road trip organized by MilePoint.com, said men would cut in front of them or even shove them in the stampede of boarding, as a result.

“I get pushed out of the way. People just don’t believe I belong there,” said Christy Lipschultz…Ms. Lipschultz has tallied about 200,000 miles this year on United Airlines and American Airlines.

Who gets the armrest? In airport interviews, women say men often insist on taking it, even when the woman is in the middle seat. Women also complain men hog all the legroom they can claim.

Well thanks for nothing, guys. Here’s what frequent flier and San Francisco software executive, Asya Kamsky thinks about the unimpressive manner in which males carry themselves at airports and on planes:

“I think men just feel entitled and don’t notice. They are oblivious…I don’t have a problem kicking if I need to.”

That really seems like the only option left. See what you’ve driven us to, guys?

You seem very confused. Women don’t automatically deserve special treatment – only ladies. Yet this whole site is devoted to pushing this cultural marxism that women deserve special treatment.

““I think men just feel entitled and don’t notice. They are oblivious…I don’t have a problem kicking if I need to.””

Well, hopefully she doesn’t mind having her face smashed in or being arrested for assault – take your pick. Talk about ENTITLEMENT. Women think they can trick men in to giving them better treatment all while spitting on them – you have another thing coming.

“Delta Air Lines Study: Guys Are Totally Rude To Women On Planes, At Airports”

People should read the article – this is a misrepresentation. Seems the agenda here is more anti-male BS.

This is a shame! Those bullshit guys must give a big lesson because they do not give respect to woman.

Do women respect men? How about nearly every commercial that has a misandry theme to it?

Pretty sure expecting not to be punched and shoved isn’t special treatment.

    BTW I love men!

Anti-male or anti-entitled jerks? You seem to be confusing the two.
