Ecclestone Sisters Flaunt World’s Worst Sweatpants

We’re pleased to congratulate Petra Ecclestone, a.k.a. the 22-year-old heiress who bought Candy Spelling’s mansion for $85 million, on her upcoming nuptials in Rome this weekend. We are less pleased, however, to share with you the most unfortunate sweatpants she and her sister are currently sporting in preparation for the big day.
Petra’s older sis, Tamara, tweeted the photo of the sisters in pink velour sweatpants that have “Maid of Honour” (they’re British) and “Bride to Be” embroidered on the respective behinds. Classy!
The wedding is set to be an extravagant 3-day affair at the Odescalchi Castle near Rome, the same spot where Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes as well as Martin Scorsese and Isabella Rosselini tied the knot. Petra’s husband-to-be (who, oh god, he better not have a pair of the matching pants too) is 28-year-old British businessman James Stunt.
It’s been a rough summer for the daughters of Formula 1 mogul Bernie Ecclestone, having struggled with such dilemmas as deciding what to wear to the “Billionaire” club in Porto Cervo.
