Hey, Girl. Are you sick of Feminist Ryan Gosling? Of course you’re not; that was a stupid question.
But if you’re looking to up your ironic feminist mememileu, why not meet “Feminist Cthulhu.”
Background: Cthulhu is a tentacled mythical creature first conceived of by writer H.P. Lovecraft. Cthulhu is really evil, the inspiration for evil cults and is, generally speaking a source of terror and anxiety to all who encounter him.
And Cthulhu also an advocate for women’s rights, apparently! Eh, we’ll take it.
In Comediva’s latest interpretation of Cthulhu, the malevolent beast feels passionately about working women’s rights, and pledges to use its awesome powers to disrupt the gender paradigm. Feminist Cthulhu wants to use its tentacles to break through the glass ceiling. We’re not sure what it is about Cthulhu that screams “support working women,” but we like it. Thanks, Cthulhu.
