Would you like a side of breadsticks with your vasectomy?

Okay wait let’s back up: Tubal ligation (aka “getting your tubes tied”) is a major surgery. General anesthesia, in-patient, slicing and tying and whatever else it is that they do. For this reason, a lot of married breeding types opt for the bro-ier alternative: The vasectomy.

And one Cape Cod Vasectomier (that’s what they’re called, right?) is making the procedure an even greater delight. With a March Madness special.

As this Cape Cod reporter points out, the NCAA tournament is upon us, meaning it’s “big basketball time.” And that’s the logic behind Urology Associates of Cape Cod’s new promotional deal. You come in for a vasectomy — and your post-op room will be outfitted with a couch, a big-screen and the game. And did I mention they’ll give you a free pizza?

Now, generally, surgeons are the last professionals I’d want to get “freebies” from (behind maybe morticians). That’s usually only okay for dentists and even then if it’s anything other than a toothbrush and floss it starts getting a little creepy. This is not the Clinique counter, okay guys?

But chilling on a couch, watching T.V. with a free pizza… not a terrible idea.
