It’s fair to say that for the organization’s 100th anniversary, the Girl Scouts are pulling out all the stops. First, a cute video campaign, then — dodging accusations of promoting “homosexuality and communism,” but now, they’ve taken a step further. With GIRL SCOUT CRUNCH BARS!
A Redditor spotted these Special Edition Thin Mint Crunch bars, which, obviously, sound like something we need to try. The photo says the bar is a “sales sample, not for retail,” so it’s unclear if this is just a little test run, or if the Girl Scout candy bars will be available more broadly.
Then again, when it comes to Thin Mints and other Girl Scout cookies, we’re thinking this might be an “if ain’t broke, don’t fix it” kind of situation.
