Google Employees Are Way Happier Than Facebook Staffers [Infographic]

Admittedly, both are pretty amazing places to work. But as far as employee satisfaction goes, Google wins out over Facebook.
Google employees reported a 94-percent satisfaction rate, according this infographic from Glassdoor, compared to 92 percent at Facebook. Okay, not exactly a gripping lead. But when you compare certain quality factors — like long hours and work-life balance — Google has a decided advantage.
