Preface: if you go to HeTexted.com, prepare to spend quite a bit of time scrolling through the texts that users have submitted for crowdsourcing. Check out their mission statement:

HeTexted is the first Q&A service dedicated to dating questions.

…We set out to create a place where you could finally find some answers, advice and usually, a game plan– all from people that are totally unbiased. Basically, the kind of community that tells it like it is.

Now you can insert his texts, emails, BBMs or Facebook messages and get some feedback from other girls going through the same thing.

Not only can you submit a text in order to determine if “He’s Into You,” “He’s Not Into You,” or “Verdict Is Still Out,” you can also “As A Bro” for further clarification.

This is a hilarious premise, but as I scrolled through texts for ~~several hours~~ a short period of time for research, I started to wonder if these people were serious. If they were, it was another occasion to mourn our ability to communicate as a species. If they weren’t; well played, everyone. Take a look at some of the most egregious submissions, and see for yourself.
