How To Avoid Feeling Like A Gluttonous Slug On Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving doesn’t have to be about gaining weight, feeling disgusting, wearing sweat pants 24/7, and lethargy (unless you want it to be!). Though I can’t wait to have two servings of creamy mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce on Thursday evening, I know the holiday shouldn’t be an excuse to be a total sloth. Here are a couple of things I’m going to do to stay healthy and active on Thanksgiving Day. I suggest you do the same!
