Even Jennifer Lawrence Gets Embarrassed About Wardrobe Malfunctions

Even for a two-time Oscar nominee like Jennifer Lawrence, there’s no “Silver Lining” in having one’s dress rip at a major awards ceremony.
The 22-year-old, whose skirt apparently broke as she went to accept her SAG award last week, told Piers Morgan on Thursday that she still cringes at the memory of the clothing disaster.
“Oh, God. Don’t do it. Don’t play it,” she begged the television shoe host. “Oh my God. Oh my God. I haven’t seen this yet. No.”
The Kentucky native explained that someone had accidentally tripped her on her walk up to the stage, which perhaps explains why her outfit fell apart in the first place:
“My pants fell off… Somebody trips me on the way. I remember that… I got tripped… [then the dress] starts to fall off. And then I’m keeping it together, keeping it together. And then my pants fall off again… It was a tiered dress.”
Note to self: never buy a tiered dress, and always listen to Jennifer Lawrence.
