The Cut sat in with Joanna Coles (formerly the EIC of Marie Claire, now the new editor in chief of Cosmopolitan) for her first meeting with the staff at her new gig. The only certain conclusions we were able to draw from the piece were that Coles must be a very intimidating boss, and she has a positively biting sense of humor.
