Kelly Evans Makes CNBC Debut…By Talking About The Dentist

About a month ago, we broke the news that Wall Street Journal on-air star Kelly Evans was moving over to CNBC. Today, she made her debut appearance. She talked about…the dentist.
Well, she was using something her dentist recently told her as an indication of improvement in the job market. “I’ll leave you with my dentist indicator,” she said on Squawk Box. “He said that he’s getting three new patients a day, and usually he only gets one or two. He said that only happens when people start full time and they get their benefits and they come in and start to see me.”
Evans, who appeared with The New York Times‘ Andrew Ross Sorkin, also revealed that she’s 5 foot 11. Whoa.
