Kim Cattrall On ’50 Shades’: ‘Women Of A Certain Age Are Finally Having Fun’
1:45 pm, August 6th | by Laura Donovan
The “Fifty Shades” series isn’t my thing, but I’m relieved it speaks to lots of women. “Sex and the City” actress Kim Cattrall says about as much of the trilogy, which she believes is good for her fellow ladies:
“It’s fun – whatever turns you on. All these women of a certain age are finally having fun and what’s wrong with that? We’re all adults.”
But that doesn’t necessarily mean she’ll pop up in the much-anticipated film adaptation. When asked whether she’d heard rumors that she’s being considered for the role of Elena, a Mrs. Robinson archetype in the “Fifty Shades” books, she said, “No one has told me about that, but I thoroughly enjoyed the book.”
Then maybe you should be in the movie!
