Ex-Lehman COO Who Faked Prescriptions Now Heading To Rehab

Bradley Jack, the former Lehman Brothers COO who was arrested for trying to use fake prescriptions for Oxycontin and Ritalin, has agreed to go to rehab, according to Dealbook. That may help him avoid jail time for the charges, apparently.
Jack, who worked as a head of investment banking at Lehman and left shortly before it tanked, tried to buy prescriptions at a local CVS near his Connecticut home, which is reportedly the “largest in Fairfield.” Jack had allegedly forged prescriptions for 12 pills of the painkiller Oxycontin and nine pills of the ADD/ADHD drug Ritalin, but got caught by the pharmacist. For a former Wall Street hotshot, not so slick. Now, the old pal of Dick Fuld’s has agreed to join a rehab program, which, if completed without issue, will allow for the forgery charges against Jack to be dropped.
We expect Jack’s already irritated wife won’t be pleased about this news. She once recounted her woeful days as a lonely Lehman wife in Vanity Fair, saying,”You really would have liked to strangle somebody.” We can only imagine what she has to say now.
According to the report, Jack wore “a pink dress shirt and dark blue dress pants” to the courtroom yesterday. Jack was also wearing a pink shirt in his mug shot, from which we conclude that this man definitely likes pink shirts. Well, he does live in Connecticut.
