Lena Dunham: Girls “Owes A Debt” To Sex and the City [VIDEO]

As a website that covers women and “Women’s Issues,” I’m sure you understand that The Jane Dough is contactually obligated to cover everything that Lena Dunham says and does.
And she was on The Colbert Report last night!
Of course, since it is Lena Dunham, Stephen Colbert was obligated to ask her about comparisons between her show, Girls, and Sex and the City. Dunham graciously noted that Girls “owes a debt” to Sex and the City for the trail-blazing and whatnot. She also noted that she’s not having “the sex” right now. Colbert was horrified.
