So... Yea.
While You Were On A Diet, The Local Casino Gave Out 10,000 Krispy Kremes

Apparently, a casino in Florida has been offering money to patrons depending on how much they weigh. More specifically, they’ve been shelling out 10 cents for each pound.
The idea was to celebrate Mardi Gras, and to take its meaning– Fat Tuesday– literally. The paunch-promoting casino in question, the Gulfstream Park Casino, encouraged guests to step on a scale prior to gambling, with the possibility of receiving up to $50. Participants were also given free Krispy Kreme doughnuts to help them pack on a few last minute pounds. And when the 7,000 doughnuts ran out, the casino happily ordered 3,000 more.
Needless to say, patrons were delighted– free money and free food. Not exactly the type of thing you see at a casino every day. Well, there’s free money sometimes. But only if you’re lucky.
