Meryl Streep Has Best ‘F*cking’ Reaction Ever To News Of ‘Devil Wears Prada’ Sequel

If any actor has a right to want to take it easy for role preparation, it’s two-time Academy Award winner Meryl Streep, who took home an Oscar earlier this year for her “Iron Lady” portrayal and recently demonstrated a lack of enthusiasm at the prospect of reprising her role as toxic fashion magazine EIC, Miranda Priestly in a “Devil Wears Prada” sequel.

When asked by Access Hollywood whether she’d appear in a possible “Devil Wears Prada 2″ movie, she said, “Yeah, no, no, is there one? I’ve never heard about it. But, sure, I mean I’d have to lose the fucking weight, but I would do that, yeah.”

Streep, who dropped so many pounds for the 2006 film that she had to have her clothes taken in, is entitled to not want to throw herself into a portrayal for once, and we’re glad she’s aware of that. Watch the hilarious clip below and forever lament that you’re not best friends with her.
