New York Post Tries To Be Clever about the Stock Market, Fails
12:09 pm, August 10th | by Sylvie Krekow
Today, the Post came out with a hard-hitting piece of journalistic gold with their hilarious and totally reasonable cover. Wait, just kidding, the cover is fairly offensive and nonsensical. How, exactly, do a “hooker’s drawers” go up, down, up? Wait, don’t answer that one. But while we’re on the subject, when was the last time anyone under the age of 87 even used the word “drawers?”
Newseum posted (no pun intended) this gem of a cover, and I really can’t congratulate the Post enough for publishing something that looks like it was created by a lewd 11-year-old with bad spelling skills and access to stock photos from the 80s of “hookers.” I guess they’re doing whatever it takes to avoid putting the word “Murdoch” on the cover these days.
