Much ado has been made about women — or the lack thereof — as Hollywood nominees. Some have pointed out that no women were nominated for directing or writing at the Golden Globes, while others are calling Bridesmaids and The Help feminist victories just because they feature women. The next question: will women be adequately represented at this year’s Academy Awards? Let’s take a look. An actual look.

Oscar nominees took this big group photo today. Isn’t it fun looking through and spotting all the tiny little celebrities? But it’s also interesting. Viola Davis does pop in neon pink, but the picture does kind of seem like a big sea of dark mens’ suits, doesn’t it?
