Oops — Foul-mouthed Misogynist Already Has the “Qwikster” Twitter Handle

Everyone, meet Reed Hasting’s latest headache.
As you know, Netflix announced today that it was splitting into two parts: the standard Netflix streaming program and Qwikster, the new DVD rental arm. Problem solved, right? Angry masses quelled? Sure, maybe. But now Netflix CEO Hastings has a new problem — someone already registered the name “@Qwikster” on Twitter. And he’s sort of a PR nightmare.
First spotted by Daily Intel, @Qwikster is a foul-mouthed, apparent misogynist with glaring and numerous spelling problems. Not the least of which being his inability to determine when a “y” and an “i” is used in a word. Given his fondness for excrement-related epithets, this is particularly problematic.
