Robin Roberts Taking Over: GMA Host Snags (Yet Another) First Family Interview

Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts interviewed First Lady Michelle Obama this morning, on the heels of Roberts’ other interview with that other Obama. Maybe you remember it?
The interview focused on the first lady’s new book, American Grown, and her fight against obesity in the U.S. And, it’s worth mentioning, Obama deftly responded to that recurring “I don’t need my government telling me what to eat!” complaint against her healthy food campaign. You should watch the video below.
Of course, we’re more focused on Roberts’ two-for-two on high-profile first family interviews this May. Roberts, it should be noted, also snagged a much-coveted recent interview with President Obama, during which he voiced his support for same-sex marriage. I’d say it’s been a banner month for Robin Roberts, wouldn’t you?
