Sean Parker Says Life In The 1 Percent Is Really Hard

Sean Parker’s real good at complaining. When it comes around to Occupy Wall Street, he’s complaining too. About how hard life in the 1 percent is. Really? Really.

New-to-the-game Twitter user Sean Parker (@sparker) went on what you might call a rant last night, sharing his opinion on Occupy Wall Street — and also, how hard it is to be a multibillionaire.

How hard it must be:

“I have a whole new set of problems to deal with now: security, extortion attempts, kidnapping threats, death threats, etc. Life better b4?”

Wait, we’re confused. Maybe life wasn’t better before

“You guys are really attacking me for being the 1%? I was broke and couch surfing just a few years ago.”

Either way, Parker doesn’t think he’s the problem. Wall Street is. Of course, Parker finds a way to blame someone else:

“The problem is not the wealthy or even super wealthy, the problem is too much finance. We need less Wall St. and more Main St.”

In the past, Parker’s complained about being an outsider (come on, man, you hang out with celebrities, you’re hardly an outsider) and about being pressured to live up to the party boy reputation (oh, how awful it must be to have Justin Timberlake play you in a movie).

Sean, we’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: you have to take what you’ve got, which is, in your case, over $2 billion.

Boy, that Sean Parker was living it rough crashing couches rent-free with the security of mommy and daddy. Did this guy ever work in fast food? as a grocery check out clerk? in a distribution warehouse? anything other than figuring out ways to get Wall St to invest in his dot coms?

Can we also mention that his twitter was “promoted” on twitter the first day he had it? I think it’s the first time I’ve ever seen an individual shell out for that.
