San Fran’s 2nd Most Expensive Home Ever Sells For $29.5M [PHOTOS]

San Francisco’s second most expensive home ever has sold — on so-called “Billionaire’s Row.” At $29.5 million, it’s a big one, but it’s got nothing on New York.
The 1922 mansion at 2950 Broadway in the heart of San Francisco boasts some unbelievable views, 6 bedrooms, 11,000 square feet…and an outdoor pool. An outdoor pool smack in the middle of the city — pretty unbelievable! From what we can see, we find the interior decor a bit out of fashion. Perhaps that’s why the home sold for $10 million less than its original 2009 listing price.
At $29.5 million, Curbed says it’s San Fran’s second biggest sale ever. In New York, that would only be the city’s 8th biggest sale in 2010 alone. New York real estate really is crazy, huh?
No word yet on the buyer or seller, and our investigation attempts haven’t panned out thus far. San Fransicans, can you help us out?
The place does have its own website though. With lots of pretty pictures to ogle:
