Sheryl Sandberg To Write Book About How Women Can Succeed At Work
2:15 pm, August 31st | by Laura Donovan
It was only a matter of time, right?
Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg has just penned a book for Knopf on the struggles females face in the workforce. The nonfiction work, titled ”Lean In,” is set hit stores next year and will explain how women can take control of their careers. The businesswoman told All Things D of the book:
“I believe that the world would be a better place if half our institutions were run by women, and half our homes were run by men. The book contains practical advice for women — and the men who want to help them — on how to lean in and close the gap.”
Who better than Sandberg to write this book? It’s just too bad that we have to wait until 2013 to see it.
