Sheryl Sandberg Is Still Best Friends With Her Best Friends From High School

And here are the other things we learned in the Miami Herald piece on hometown hero Sheryl Sandberg.

-She and her core group of high school friends are still tight. They went to a resort “somewhere in Mexico” together recently.

-In high school, they hung out at Loehmann’s, the designer discount store, sometimes.

-They also went to Police and Journey concerts. Cue image of Sandberg belting out “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

-Sandberg graduated high school with a 4.646 GPA. This made her ninth in the class. We don’t know how that’s even possible, but okay.

There’s lots more in the article that you probably do already know — like the fact that Sandberg’s husband is the CEO of Survey Monkey, that she’s buddies with Larry Summers, and so on. Oh, and that she’s probably worth between $1.3 and $1.8 billion now.
