Time Warner CEO’s Widow Selling Prime Park Ave Pad For $60M

Double apartments owned by the late Time Warner CEO, in New York’s most exclusive building? It’s yours, if you’ve got $60 million.
Courtney Sale Ross, the widow of the late Time Warner CEO Steve Ross, is putting her two apartments in the famed 740 Park building up for sale. They’re for sale together as one unit, or split in two. If you can’t spring for the double set up, just one should do. The first is up for $25 million and the other for $35 million. Ross has put the apartments on the market twice before in the past two years.
From what we can see, they’re both pretty spectacular. But of course, a big part of what you’re paying for is cachet. The building is currently home to Steve Schwarzman, Vera Wang and David Koch — and John D. Rockefeller lived there. There’s a book about the building too.
Fine, you’re also paying for fabulous Park Avenue views, unbelievably proportioned rooms, and an A+ location.
