I’m in a ridiculously good mood today. No, not because it’s Friday, but because I slept nine hours last night, a stark contrast to the five to six I usually get each day. You don’t need me to tell you that sleep deprivation is incredibly unhealthy and quite possibly the worst mood killer out there, but the infographic below illustrates why getting enough rest is crucial to quality of life and makes such a difference in work performance.
