The former Playgirl model told TMZ that his child’s onscreen behavior, which includes swearing, disrespecting family members, and talking back, leads him to believe the little boy is getting “no real parenting” and on a “downward spiral.” While he’s right that the kid could use some discipline and manners, it’s kind of sad that Papa Johnston had to tune in for a reality show to recognize how far his offspring has fallen.

“Dancing with the Stars All-Stars” contestant Bristol Palin has lots to celebrate right now, but there are plenty of people who think she promotes intolerance. In light of the news that Palin’s 3-year-old allegedly used the word “f-ggot” on reality show “Life’s A Tripp” (the rumors were later reported as false, as the child actually dropped the “f” bomb), a journalist asked the 22-year-old how she’d feel if she were to be paired up with a gay individual on the dancing program. Palin answered that she approves of folks of that lifestyle and is not homophobic as some have accused her of being.

One door closes and another opens. This seems to be going on for reality star Bristol Palin, who announced in her blog on Friday that she’s going to be on “Dancing with the Stars All-Stars.” So if you couldn’t stand to see her perform on the program in 2010, you’re in for more frustration this fall.

I was really underwhelmed by the trailer for Bristol Palin’s new Lifetime series last month, so it comes as no surprise to me that the reality show debuted to awful ratings.

I’m a strong believer in Karma, and that’s why I have zero sympathy for the raging jerk who has decided to sue “Dancing with the Stars” finalist Bristol Palin for defamation. The man, who rose to fame last year for shouting the 21-year-old down and calling her mother the “devil,” is also pressing charges against network Lifetime for showing footage of his explosive argument with Bristol in her show trailer without his consent.
