Seriously? 1 In 3 Millenials Would Turn Down A Higher-Paying Job For “Social Media Freedom”

By the year 2020, nearly half of the U.S. workforce will be comprised of millenials, those of us who were born between roughly 1980 and 2001. This means that you’d better get cracking on learning how to “deal” with us, according to a new report from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Of course, by that point, hopefully there’s enough of us around that you won’t be burdened by our ’90s nostalgia and compulsive tweeting. Hopefully.
