A New York City police officer accused of pepper spraying peaceful demonstrators during the Occupy Wall Street protest may have a history of conflict with political dissenters.
Another past protester accused the cop in question, Anthony Bologna, of false arrest and civil rights violations during the 2004 Republican National Convention.
