Warren, who has been the subject of frivolous heritage talk this election season and is well-loved among the Hollywood elite, has raised more than $8.6 million for her campaign in the second quarter of 2012, exceeding her first quarter fundraising by $1.7 million.

But GOP Senator Scott Brown, Warren’s opponent for the senate seat, doesn’t seem as impressed by his competitor’s Hollywood popularity as many teeny boppers and young potential voters would be. The Massachusetts Republican said on Thursday, “To go off to Hollywood and get the Barbra Streisand and Danny Devito crowd and get all that Hollywood money smacks in the face of what she’s fighting for, which is the middle class.”
