Who can blame them — it is fascinating stuff. While it is hilarious the the dog from The Artist will be the guest of the Washington Times, the fact that Kris and Kim Kardashian will attend as guests of Fox News certainly deserves an eye roll or two. The celeb mom blogger of two, who appeared at a Capitol Hill press conference last year to advocate for the Safe Chemicals Act, told E! last week that she is going to be at the lavish affair for her 31st.
