This is not the best week for Marissa Mayer. After banning working from home at Yahoo, Marissa has now installed a nursery in her office. When we hear about a powerful woman balancing work and family, with a husband who acts as stay-at-home Dad, it’s portrayed as a cure-all. And we rarely get to hear from the men actually doing the child-rearing. For once, we’re hearing about it — and how it isn’t at all easy. Will stay at home Dads be the next to revolt?

Anecdotal evidence may have already proved this one — but a new report from researchers in Dubai shows that many working moms feel the strain between work and family.
