More Teen Girls In The Workforce Than Boys [INFOGRAPHIC]

Females are dominating in the workforce — at least if they’re teenagers.
New research from Bloomberg reveals that within the 16 to 19 age group, 2.25 million teenage girls are working, whereas only 2.08 million boys are employed. Don’t let those numbers excite you, though, as there are a lot fewer people in that range working now than prior to the 2008 economic crisis. Even so, the evidence gives a whole new meaning to the term “teen girl squad,” and that makes us happy:
